Canned Bighead Public Post

At a fish processing plant in Illinois, we were shown a relic from the early days of Asian carp in America – an unopened can of Bighead – probably one of the few that remain. Most fishermen we talk to agree that Bighead carp are tasty. Many believe that human consumption could be one way to reduce wild populations.
