We jammed everthing from waders to 15 notebooks to complicated video equipment into our rented Prius at my house at 10 a.m. sharp. Like every other set of new Prius drivers, we thought something was wrong with the car and that it wouldn’t start. Realized after a few minutes that it was already on; it’s just ghostly quiet. We headed west on I-94 towards Indiana. The Wabash is flooding in some areas, we hear, and that’s where we’re going.

TEAM CARP: The both of you look like two granola snackers about to get lost and then stuck in your stupid car. Why don’t you first drive you little car to the huron river and catch a carp, filet it, and cook a dinner for a hungry Ann Arbor bum. I bet you two couldn’t do it, first you couldn’t find the huron river on your navigation system, Second neither of you can fish and would debate how to humanily kill the asian invader, third doubt you could cook it, fourth would be scared about sterio typing “a hungry bum” more so a black one, and the list goes on and on. All carp here are asian. BTW the Wabash floods in the spring. Better make it a good story because the free press hasn’t been anything other something to rap the catch of the day in since the strike.

This is the first time I’ve seen a gratuitously rude comment on Intersect. It had to happen, of course.

@Peter – I know. Had to reread it, to make sure sarcasm wasn’t being lost on me…
